Our policy lasts up to 28 days.  After 28 days from the purchase date, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Receipt or proof of purchase is necessary.

Only items that have been unused and in the original packaging are eligible for a return and refund.  The items must be in the same condition that you received them. 

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item.  We will then notify you as to whether we approve or reject your refund.  If you are approved then your refund will be processed and the amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 to 7 working days.  Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately refunds on sale items will not be accepted. 

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@azzylondon.com and post your item to: Azzy London Ltd, Suite H0234, 265-269 Kingston Road, London SW19 3NW, England

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the item.  Any shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping items over £30 then you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
